How do I place an order?
Simply add the total quantity of the product you desire to the cart and follow the prompt for checking out. You can also create an account for ease for future orders.
Payment and Shipping
Payments can be made directly via our secure payment portal or via PayPal. Once payment is complete, your order will be processed for shipping per your provided shipping address. Note: We currently only ship domestically within the US.

1 Food Safety & Perishable Goods
Due to the nature of our products and in accordance with food safety regulations, all food items are final sale and non-returnable once opened or used.
We do not accept returns on:
- Opened or used food products
- Perishable items
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
2 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery at 📧 wamlekfaya@gmail.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer: a replacement shipment or a full refund to your original payment method.
3 Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the carrier confirms the claim.
4 Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
