The Perfect Kick

My name is Adama, the owner of Wam Lek Faya. The name comes from the Krio language in Sierra Leone, meaning “hot like fire”.

Growing up in Sierra Leone, I was immersed in a vibrant family and the wonderful world of cooking. When I relocated to the US, I longed for the heat and spice that defined the cuisine of my childhood.

I hardly do reviews but this sauce by Aunty K deserves an honest review. My husband made some eggs with the tangy lemon flavor and it was amazing. If you are looking for a sauce that is not bland but tasty with a little kick to it, then Aunty K's sauce is the way to go.

By far the best hot sauce I've ever paid for and worth every penny. The perfect kick indeed, the sauces work great as a marinade and my family and guests are always fighting over the last morsels of whatever meats I've prepared with this sauce. The Lemon Tangy sauce is perfect for seafood. And the sauces pair well with the smokiness of grilling. We rarely have a savory meal without the special tasty Spice Blend at the table. Love all of it. Can't wait to see what next they come up with!
